A short article from Small Business Trends talking about the perks of cloud computing. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, cloud computing refers to password-protected, sharable documents that exist online only, the “cloud” part of its name being a semi-obnoxious metaphor for “something on the Internet.” They can be as simple as a communal Word document or as complicated as an online publishing system. The ideas is that you improve communication and save time by having everyone work off the same document online rather than having to bounce a hard file from person-to-person.
